We do not have a catalog at this time. Therefore, we will tell you as much as possible!

We carry 45-RPM phonograph records on all square and round dance labels, and a few special pressed rounds. We carry a wide variety of country western ('pop') records. Contrary to popular belief, most of the music you hear on the radio today is available on a 45 record! If we do not have it in stock, we may be able to get it for you. Just let us know the title and artist.

We have over 500,000 records in stock! We also carry books (round, square, country western), needles, regular and wireless microphones, microphone cables, plastic record sleeves, record cases, Hilton Audio Products (turntables, covers, microphone cables, speakers, tape decks, ect...), Yak Stack Products (speakers, covers), speaker stands and cables, blank cassette tapes and boxes, country western cassettes and cd's, and much more! We sometimes have used equipment throughout the year which we have used for sound at various state and national conventions.If you need to know more about a particular item, let us know and we will get the information to you.

We have a monthly tape service for square dance and round dance. These services let you hear enough of all new releases to assist you in making your record selections before you make your purchase. Each tape is 100 minutes long. When space is available, we feature sale records, which are usually over 50% off. The square dance tape service  is $40 per year in the USA, $45 in Canada, and $48 in all other countries. The round dance tape service is $55 per year in the USA, $58 in Canada, and $65 in all other countries. A free sample will be sent upon request (be sure to specify whether you want a square dance or a round dance tape.)

Shipping: NO MININUM ORDER !!!  All orders received are sent out by the following business day(most the same day !!!) The only time orders are not sent out by the following day is when the item is temporarily out of stock (In this case, it will be sent as soon as it is available.) or when it is expected in any day and will complete the order. This saves you postage because of the decrease of the number of packages. We will not hold up a shipment for backorders if we know it will be more than a couple of days before the items are due. If we have sent your order and unfortunately have to backorder and item(s), we will send the backorder(s) as soon as possible. We sometimes hold all backorders and send them together, to help you save on postage. We always use first class (standard delivery) postal service/ priority mail (2-3 day service) or RPS(Fed Ex) ground service, unless requested otherwise.

Return Policy: No returns are accepted unless the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or has been mis-shipped. Replacements only (no credits or exchanges). We do not replace defective merchandise where use and abuse are evident. Books, tapes, videos, and cd's are non-returnable. Please call for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at your expense. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of invoice date.

Payment: For new accounts, payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or it must be paid for in advance by check or money order on the first 3 orders. As soon as your credit is established, we can bill you with your shipment or continue to use your credit card, whichever you prefer. If we bill you, payment is expected upon receipt of your shipment. Please pay from invoice, as monthly statements are not sent. Orders are not sent out on accounts with balances over 30 days old. If a statement is sent on a "past due," a $5.00 service charge will be added to your account balance!  A $15.00 fee is charged on all "returned" checks (insufficient funds,account closed,etc).
